The Challenge

Where FlyDunya Started

FlyDunya launched as a new Canadian travel brand with no existing identity, website, or digital presence. Based in Canada and built to serve travelers across North America, the brand needed to offer a genuinely global catalog of destinations from day one — which meant the brief was never just "build a website." It called for a full go-to-market launch, taken in phases: define the brand's strategy and identity first, design the website experience around it, then execute a technical launch built to attract customers and generate inquiries from day one.

The Solution

What We Built

  • Ran a discovery and strategy session to define FlyDunya's market position and ideal customer, producing a creative brief that guided everything that followed
  • Designed a professional logo and a full brand guidelines document, then connected FlyDunya's social media profiles to the site as part of a consistent brand presence
  • Mapped the site's content strategy and site map, moved through wireframes, then into full-color visual design mockups before any development began
  • Built out a travel directory with a search feature, featured offers, and deals & offers sections
  • Structured the destination catalog as a country → city → attraction page hierarchy, giving every location its own indexable page built for organic search
  • Cross-linked every tour page to other relevant tours, so visitors exploring one destination naturally discover more of the catalog instead of leaving after a single page
  • Built a dedicated flights page listing available routes, alongside a blog the FlyDunya team updates on an ongoing basis with fresh travel content
  • Populated the site with initial content and tested it rigorously across devices and browsers, then set up foundational SEO (titles, meta descriptions, XML sitemap) and Google Analytics before launch
  • Delivered CMS training and full admin access on a custom backend, so the FlyDunya team could manage packages, flights, blog posts, and content themselves after launch
The Results

Impact

FlyDunya launched with a complete go-to-market foundation in place — a credible brand identity, a connected social presence, an SEO-structured destination catalog, and a website built to keep visitors exploring rather than bouncing after one page. The site is live today at flydunya.com, serving North American travelers with offers and packages across a destination catalog that has continued to grow well beyond its initial launch scope, all backed by the brand, content structure, and CMS TechStar delivered.
